Payments & Special orders

At this time, we accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do also accept PayPal and PayPal credit. 

All payments are due when services are complete. You may pay the installer directly or prepay by calling the office at 901-386-4808.  

We will be happy to special order any of the garage doors offered by our manufacturers. All special order doors will require a 50% deposit on before the order is placed. The deposit is non-refundable. Once the special order is given to the manufacturer, we cannot stop the order. 

Please allow at least 3 weeks for delivery. Some products may have a delay in manufacturing time up to 5 weeks. Please allow extra time during the holiday season when the plant may be closed. 

On the day of the install of the garage door, please have the garage cleaned out and free of cars, boats, and any large items. The installer will need all the area under the track and motor to be free and clear of any objects. Your new garage door will be placed in the garage to be stacked in to the opening. We will need adequate space for ladders, the garage door, parts, and our installers. 

Having a clean work space will help insure that the install goes smoothly. We appreciate your help in this matter.

Allow 2-3 hours for the removal of existing garage door and the install of the new garage door. Custom installs could need additional time.
